Lauren Adler, partner and lead personal injury attorney
I make the process of resolving a claim as easy as possible on my clients, so they can focus on getting better and getting their life back.
I started practicing law in 2012 after finishing law school at Seattle University (happily so – it’s where I met my now husband and law partner Andre) and passing the bar. I started out at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General in Olympia, handling cases of child abuse and neglect. The experience was fulfilling and intense. I spent a great deal of time in court, and handled many hearings, trials, hearings and appeals. After some years, I was ready for a change and ready to move back to Seattle.
In 2014, I transitioned to private practice to learn the art of personal injury law: how to skillfully guide people through the convoluted world of insurance. I immediately took to the practice. I loved fighting for my clients with focus and purpose, advocating for people who deserve a fair shake at resolving their claims. I love using my compassion and enthusiasm to protect people throughout a process that can be unfriendly and confusing. It is all made that much better now to be working alongside my husband Andre at Dayani Law Firm, fully aligned with the firm’s intention to provide accessible and honest representation.
Today, I lead the personal injury department at the firm, and I work with singular focus to make the process of resolving a claim as easy as possible on my clients, so they can focus on getting better and getting their life back. I don’t ever let my client’s cases sit and gather dust. My method is to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get the best possible result for every claim in my caseload. I never procrastinate and I get things done.
I love yoga and Orange Theory, spending time with Andre in work and rest, and bopping around West Seattle where we live.
